Halyor Home relies on the shipping methods through USPS, FedEx and UPS. Shipping may take up to 5 – 7 business days, based on location.
Because our candles are hand-poured and made-to-order, please allow up to 3 business days to receive your shipping confirmation.
Due to COVID constraints, there may be slight delays in production and shipping.
If you have shipping concerns, or need an item by a certain date, please visit our Contact Us page to inquire about an estimated timeline to receive your item(s). We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Because our candles are hand-poured and made-to-order, unfortunately Halyor Home cannot offer a refund at this time. We appreciate your acknowledgment and understanding of this policy.
At Halyor Home, we take great pride in all of our candles which are custom blended, and hand poured. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged Halyor Home candle, you can opt for a store credit towards a future purchase or it may be exchanged for any other candle of equal value.
In order to qualify for store credit or exchange, the candle must be in its original UNUSED and unlit state. Your item can be returned to PO Box 7313 Upper Marlboro, MD 20792 within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
